Application Support Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an Application Support Analyst to join our growing Support team in North America. You will be the front‑line point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive the high‑quality service they expect while handling support cases from acknowledgement through resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, acknowledge, and own support tickets throughout their lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot client issues, resolve them when possible, and escalate with detailed information when needed.
• Collaborate with internal support teams and other departments to drive timely ticket resolution.
• Maintain and contribute to internal and external knowledge‑base articles.
• Manage client expectations in line with contractual SLAs and prioritize issues accordingly.
• Work occasional outside‑business‑hours shifts and weekends for critical incidents.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities to act as the client’s voice within the organization.
• Proactive, hands‑on attitude with a focus on execution and ownership.
• Experience in financial services, capital markets, or related industries is highly preferred.
