Business Intelligence Reporting Manager

About the role

The Business Intelligence Reporting Manager will lead the design, development and delivery of enterprise reporting and dashboard solutions. Working within the client’s cloud data ecosystem (Google Cloud Platform and BigQuery) and focusing on Power BI, the role bridges data engineering, analytics and business teams to provide accurate, actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end development of Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions, from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Establish and maintain a scalable BI reporting framework aligned with business needs and KPI definitions.
• Partner with IT, data engineering, GCP and BigQuery teams to enable seamless data integration and accessibility.
• Translate business requirements into data models, transformations and reporting logic.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity and performance across all reporting solutions.
• Engage with business leaders and end users to gather requirements and act as the primary point of contact for reporting initiatives.
• Lead reporting projects using structured project‑management practices, managing timelines, risks and resources.
• Design dashboards for usability, clarity and decision‑making impact and promote adoption of BI tools.
• Support advanced analytics and insights generation beyond standard reporting.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics or Reporting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to manage cross‑functional stakeholders and translate complex data into clear business insights.
• Strong communication skills and experience driving data‑driven decision making.
• Hands‑on experience with Power BI, Google Cloud Platform and BigQuery.
• Solid understanding of ETL/ELT processes, data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
