Finance & Human Resources Manager (M/F) – Gaza

About the role

Solidarités International seeks a Finance & Human Resources Manager to lead the administration of its Gaza base, ensuring robust financial and HR processes in a challenging humanitarian environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations, cash management and budget monitoring in line with donor requirements.
• Implement and supervise Solidarités International’s HR policy, building a strong HR function.
• Support programme managers with financial reporting and budget preparation.
• Maintain compliance with internal procedures and Palestinian administrative regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in the humanitarian sector.
• 3‑4 years in a similar finance/HR managerial role.
• Ability to work under pressure in a volatile, high‑stakes environment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of SAGA and Homere financial systems.
• Strong understanding of financial management and HR processes.

What we offer

• Gross monthly salary starting from EUR 2,310 (base + 10% leave allowance).
• Monthly per diem of USD 750, accommodation, travel expenses and insurance package.
• Work‑off‑time rotation: 2 weeks on‑site followed by 2 weeks off.
