Hospitality Aide – Resident Support

About the role

We are looking for a compassionate Hospitality Aide to join our care team. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will help create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our residents while supporting non‑clinical nursing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist nursing staff with non‑clinical tasks such as bed‑making, delivering water and ice, answering call lights, and gathering supplies.
• Prepare, deliver, and clean up meals in accordance with dietary guidelines and safety standards.
• Encourage resident participation in social activities and programs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of resident rooms and common areas.
• Provide laundry assistance and other resident support as needed.
• Observe, report, and follow safety, compliance, and patient rights policies.
• Perform additional non‑clinical duties to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required profile

• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Clear communication skills with patience and professionalism.
• Strong commitment to resident well‑being and safety.
• Ability to accurately document information and follow care procedures.
