Paramedic/Nurse Gaza

About the role

CADUS e.V. is seeking qualified paramedics and nurses to join its emergency relief program in Gaza. The position involves working within field hospitals, supporting MedEvac operations, and delivering medical training to local partners in a humanitarian‑austere environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in field hospital settings.
• Assist and coordinate MedEvac missions as needed.
• Deliver medical training and capacity‑building sessions for local health staff.
• Collaborate with national and local partners to ensure effective emergency response.
• Adapt to rotating schedules, typically 5 weeks in‑country followed by 4‑5 weeks out.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a paramedic or nurse after completing the initial medical degree.
• Previous experience in humanitarian or austere environments is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work flexibly with changing rotation timings.
• Non‑Palestinian nationals only, as the role is international.
