Project Development Manager (Grants) – Ramallah

About the role

Acted is seeking a Project Development Manager (Grants) to lead the design and delivery of consortium proposals and donor reporting in the Occupied Palestinian Territories. The role supports the Consortium of Partners (CoP) in securing funding and ensuring high‑quality grant management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of project proposals and donor reports in line with the consortium’s strategy.
• Conduct donor analysis and forecast funding gaps together with the Finance Manager.
• Support the CoP in shaping a donor funding strategy and identifying strategic opportunities.
• Maintain regular communication with consortium partners and keep an up‑to‑date donor directory.
• Coordinate partner inputs for proposals and reports, ensuring technical relevance and compliance.
• Act as the primary liaison with partners, the MEAL team, and the Secretariat to guarantee smooth internal coordination.

Required profile

• Experience in humanitarian or development programming with a strong climate and environmental awareness.
• Entrepreneurial mindset able to spot opportunities, adapt approaches and take measured risks.
• Ability to balance principles with pragmatism and work collaboratively across diverse stakeholders.
