Shuttle Driver – CDL A

About the role

Vestis® is seeking a reliable Shuttle Driver with a CDL A license to transport merchandise between Market Centers and remote depot locations. The driver will ensure timely, safe deliveries while supporting the company's laundry and uniform services.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a company vehicle/truck to move products according to scheduled routes and processing timelines.
• Confirm route details with the Market Center Production Manager and maintain accurate delivery logs.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections, preventive maintenance, and schedule regular service.
• Load and unload merchandise following company policies and safety procedures.
• Adhere to all federal, state, and local highway transportation laws.
• Maintain required driving license and medical certification at all times.
• Perform additional duties within the scope of shuttle operations as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional driving experience.
• Ability to routinely lift 25 lb and occasionally lift 50 lb or more.
• Physical capability to bend, squat, climb, and reach while loading/unloading.
• Commitment to personal safety and the safety of others in the workplace and on the road.
• Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and irregular, long hours.

Required skills

• Valid CDL A license.
• Vehicle operation and preventive maintenance knowledge.
• Understanding of federal, state, and local transportation regulations.
