About the role

The Web Design Clients Lead Generation internship is a remote position focused on identifying and engaging prospective clients for Cool Designer Agency’s web design and digital services. You will research target markets, build prospect lists and initiate outreach through email, social media and professional networks.

Key responsibilities

• Research target markets and decision‑makers to create qualified lead lists.
• Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn and other social platforms to generate interest.
• Qualify leads based on their needs and alignment with web design, development and digital marketing services.
• Schedule discovery calls or introductions for senior team members.
• Assist in creating simple outreach assets such as messages, briefs and basic presentations.
• Track lead activity in a CRM or spreadsheet and maintain accurate records.

Required profile

• Strong interest in web and responsive design with awareness of modern aesthetics.
• Understanding of UI design principles and visual hierarchy.
• Basic knowledge of front‑end concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Appreciation for graphic design fundamentals such as typography and branding.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple tasks.
