Customer Experience Representative – Sales

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Customer Experience Representative (CXR) – Sales to join our growing team. You will be the voice of the brand, handling inbound and outbound calls, converting interactions into booked service appointments, and supporting revenue growth through membership and product sales.

Key responsibilities

• Convert incoming customer calls into scheduled service appointments.
• Make outbound calls to arrange maintenance visits.
• Follow call scripts for products and services, delivering clear and personable communication.
• Adhere to CX team procedures to resolve issues, concerns, and follow‑ups.
• Build positive relationships and ensure all customer questions are answered.
• Achieve daily qualitative and quantitative targets individually and as a team.
• Identify sales opportunities by promoting memberships, estimates, and additional products.
