Senior Manager Client Services

About the role

The Senior Manager, Client Services will act as the primary liaison for assigned clients, ensuring programs are delivered profitably and meet the expectations outlined in the Statement of Work. This role partners closely with clients to provide cost‑effective, high‑quality solutions while supporting overall business strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for all client concerns and ensure satisfaction.
• Manage program profitability, financial targets and SOW compliance.
• Collaborate with clients to design and deliver value‑added, cost‑effective solutions.
• Contribute to senior management in shaping operating strategy and driving process improvements.
• Oversee the preparation and distribution of reports to stakeholders.
• Identify and implement continuous‑improvement initiatives that boost productivity and efficiency.
• Work with business‑unit heads to achieve overall business objectives.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the VP of Client Services.

Required profile

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree.
• 2‑3 years of experience managing client services in a managerial or senior‑manager capacity.
• Proven track record in multi‑team program management across products and service areas.
• Strong operations background with extensive experience in BPO and customer‑service environments.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills, including presentation and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Ability to engage with senior client contacts and understand changing technology trends.
