Financial Analyst – Augment

About the role

The Financial Analyst – Augment will provide in‑depth analysis and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, supporting revenue growth and profitability across the enterprise. This role combines robust financial modeling with cross‑functional collaboration on key initiatives and special projects.

Key responsibilities

• Create, track, forecast and analyze financial information to enable time‑sensitive business decisions.
• Support monthly, quarterly and annual reporting for the Executive Leadership Team, delivering insightful reports and analytics.
• Execute enterprise‑wide planning processes, including the annual operating plan, monthly forecasts and actuals reporting.
• Analyze strategic initiatives with financial modeling and provide recommendations for short‑ and long‑term objectives.
• Develop presentation materials for ELT, Board of Directors and departmental partners.
• Manage CapEx reporting, economic justifications and return‑on‑invested‑capital analysis.
• Produce cash‑flow and regional forecasts, tracking add‑back items.
• Promote strong internal controls, efficiencies and KPI tracking to improve financial performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA, CFA or CPA is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, corporate finance or a similar analytical role.
• Proven ability to support executive‑level reporting and prepare presentations for senior leadership.

Required skills

• Advanced expertise in Planful (formerly Host Analytics) and Spotlight for Office reporting.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
• Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and dashboard creation.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables and financial modeling.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, KPIs and business performance metrics.
