Senior Investment & Blending Expert

About the role

NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for the EU‑funded “Egypt Downtown Facility” project and seeks a Senior Investment & Blending Expert to provide high‑quality technical assistance. The role focuses on investment project preparation, EU blending and guarantee instruments, pipeline development and cooperation with European and international financial institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and structure investment projects for EU‑funded initiatives.
• Design and implement EU blending and financial guarantee instruments.
• Develop and manage investment pipelines and project concepts.
• Conduct feasibility assessments and project structuring.
• Coordinate with European and international financial institutions, public authorities and project promoters.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in economics, finance, investment, banking, business administration or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience.
• English at C1 level; Arabic desirable; French an asset.
