IT Site Support Technician

About the role

The IT Site Support Technician ensures the smooth operation of PCs, phones, agent software, and site infrastructure at a busy call centre. You will act as the on‑site extension of corporate IT, handling voice and data issues and supporting daily technology needs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day IT support for desktop hardware, software, and telecommunications at the call centre.
• Prioritise and resolve tickets submitted through the TRAKIT ticketing system.
• Assist corporate IT teams with voice, data, PBX, and Windows administration tasks.
• Implement site‑level hardware rollouts, application deployments, and client‑specific desktop activities.
• Maintain network connectivity for data, voice, and Ethernet across the site.

Required profile

• Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
• Experience working in a large, fast‑paced call‑centre environment using VOIP technology.
• Proactive attitude with a strong sense of urgency for site issues.
• Ability to quickly learn and convey new technologies.
• Team‑player mindset with a positive, tenacious approach.
