Marketing Analyst – Prospecting

About the role

The Marketing Analyst – Prospecting will work closely with the VP of Marketing to shape and execute the company’s print prospecting strategy. You will be responsible for selecting mailing lists, analysing campaign performance and providing actionable insights to improve future initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the VP of Marketing to develop annual print prospecting budgets.
• Select and segment mailing lists for upcoming prospecting mailings.
• Produce performance slides for print acquisition and present them at Management Operating Reviews (MORs).
• Provide feedback to merchandising and creative teams on catalog covers and promotions.
• Analyze results of prospect marketing tests and report against prior year, plan, and target waterlines.
• Support the development of the print prospecting promotion plan.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in general business or retail/apparel marketing (fashion experience a plus).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
