Media Advisory & Intelligence Specialist – Email Marketing & AI

About the role

Join a global media advisory and intelligence team as a specialist focused on email marketing and advanced AI solutions. In this hybrid position you will design, optimise and analyse data‑driven campaigns that deliver measurable impact for clients and society while ensuring responsible communication.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimise email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversion for media advisory initiatives, using data insights to refine audience targeting.
• Analyse performance metrics, identify subscriber behaviour patterns and recommend segmentation strategies to improve efficiency.
• Develop lifecycle email journeys, create content and workflow strategies that nurture stakeholder relationships and deliver media intelligence updates.
• Apply generative AI techniques to produce content variants for subject lines and body copy, and use prompt engineering to guide AI systems in generating accurate campaign assets.
• Implement agentic AI and RAG‑based workflows to automate routine tasks such as audience selection and message scheduling while maintaining transparency.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of professional experience in email marketing or digital communication, with proven use of analytics tools and campaign optimisation.
• Hands‑on experience with generative AI platforms, prompt engineering, agentic AI solutions and RAG pipelines.
• Solid technical skills in email campaign tools, marketing automation platforms and data analysis environments.
• Experience in media advisory, communications consulting, marketing strategy or digital journalism is a plus.
