Marketing Manager – Growth & Design

About the role

Gravity Research is seeking a hands‑on Marketing Manager to lead growth‑focused and design‑centric initiatives across its research products. The role sits in the Revenue division and partners with revenue, research, and content leaders to deliver on‑brand marketing assets and support new go‑to‑market efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce sales collateral such as pitch decks, one‑pagers, and supporting materials, keeping them up‑to‑date.
• Create framing and collateral for new product launches to reach existing and prospective audiences.
• Write, design, and launch HubSpot email campaigns tied to research releases, managing timing, suppressions, and post‑send analytics.
• Maintain visual identity and brand consistency across all client‑facing materials.
• Oversee marketing operations including HubSpot workflows, CRM hygiene, reporting, website updates, and LinkedIn presence.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate design, editing, and production workflows.

Required profile

• Strong design instincts and a keen eye for visual detail.
• Experience in marketing operations and sales enablement.
• Self‑directed, able to manage competing deadlines and work independently.
• Comfortable using AI‑driven tools to improve efficiency.
