Recruitment Specialist

About the role

The Recruitment Specialist will manage the end‑to‑end selection process for candidates across multiple applications. You will conduct initial and behavioral interviews, coordinate assessments, and guide successful applicants through job offers and onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct initial and behavioral interviews and monitor candidates through each stage up to the job offer.
• Coordinate program‑specific and language assessments for shortlisted applicants.
• Present job offers to selected candidates and hand them over to the training team.
• Track conversion rates from interview to offer and ensure real‑time processing.
• Maintain strong rapport with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to meet daily business needs and align candidate profiles with program requirements.
• Achieve a 100% fill/completion rate for all recruitment ramps.

Required profile

• Completed at least the second year of college without back subjects; Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or related fields are preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; at least 1 year of experience in BPO or recruitment is desirable.
• Ability to respond quickly to changes, work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
• Strong commitment, motivation and good communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office and Outlook.
• Effective written communication for professional emails and other correspondence.
• Ability to navigate video‑conference platforms and manage calendar invites.
