US Recruitment Associate – Project Based

About the role

The US Recruitment Associate will support IBEX's US hiring efforts by proactively sourcing and identifying candidates in a high‑volume, online recruiting environment. This project‑based position focuses on day‑to‑day recruitment activities and ensures alignment with departmental objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, and engage prospective candidates for multiple US positions.
• Implement recruitment and sourcing programs while adhering to US labor laws.
• Assess system‑wide staffing needs and develop action plans to meet targets.
• Collaborate with global teams to apply best‑practice R&R programs.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, service level agreements, and legal requirements.
• Provide timely feedback to internal and external business partners.
• Track and report recruitment performance against goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Marketing or a related field.
• Relevant experience in recruitment, staffing, placement or sourcing; US or global recruiting background preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexible schedule, willing to work extended hours and graveyard shifts.
