Writer – Content Creation for Telecom

About the role

Jawwal is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Writer to craft clear, engaging, and audience‑focused content across multiple channels. The role supports the company’s mission to connect communities by translating complex telecom topics into accessible stories.

Key responsibilities

• Research and write original copy for website pages, social media, marketing campaigns, internal communications, and customer‑facing materials.
• Update and refine existing content to ensure consistency with Jawwal’s brand voice and messaging guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, and product teams to align content with business objectives.

Required profile

• Strong writing and editing abilities in English, with a preference for Arabic proficiency.
• Experience creating content for web, social media, marketing materials, and internal communications.
• Ability to conduct thorough research and present complex information in an accessible manner.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Media, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent attention to detail, grammar, and style.
