Junior Research & Policy Analyst (EU-Egypt Project)

About the role

NTU International A/S is coordinating a consortium to prepare the EU‑funded “Egypt Downtown Facility” project. The Junior Non‑Key Expert – Research & Policy Analyst will support the partnership between the European Union and Egypt by providing rapid, high‑quality technical assistance, strengthening policy dialogue and improving programme implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct desk research, literature reviews and policy analysis to inform studies and assessments.
• Collect, clean and structure quantitative and qualitative data for background materials, reports and policy papers.
• Prepare background documents and contribute to the drafting of studies, assessments, reports and policy briefs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, political science, international relations, public policy, development studies or a related field.
• Minimum three years of relevant professional experience, including desk research and policy analysis.
• Fluent English (C1 level); Arabic highly desirable; French considered an asset.
• Familiarity with the Egyptian institutional and policy context is a plus.
