ATR Supervisor – Night Shift (Hybrid)

About the role

The Account to Report (ATR) Supervisor is responsible for overseeing a cluster or sub‑team within the ATR function, ensuring accurate transactional accounting, reporting and month‑end closing. The role works under the ATR Manager and can be performed on a hybrid basis, combining office and remote work, with night‑shift coverage.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and review ATR transactional accounting for Fixed Assets, Intercompany and General Ledger, ensuring compliance with GAAP and global policies.
• Monitor team leave and attendance, supervise day‑to‑day work, and guarantee timely, quality delivery of deliverables such as iPace.
• Provide support for complex transactions, act as backup during migrations, and lead issue‑resolution processes.
• Identify improvement areas, lead projects such as migrations or process enhancements, and ensure they are completed on time with quality results.
• Report and review KPIs for the assigned cluster, address gaps, and develop a high‑performing team through coaching and training.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• 5‑8 years of experience in Account to Report, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven track record in crisis management, process improvement, stakeholder management and business partnering.
• Experience with shared services or BPO environments and handling process migrations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Strong knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
• Expertise in General Ledger, Intercompany Accounting and Fixed Assets Accounting.
