About the role

The Quality Assurance Coordinator will join the global quality team of the Animal Nutrition business unit. You will support the Global Quality Manager in maintaining and improving the FAMI‑QS quality system and ensure compliance across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Global Quality Manager in deploying and maintaining the FAMI‑QS quality reference system.
• Integrate the quality system into the electronic QMS platform.
• Monitor customer complaints and non‑conformities, ensuring timely resolution.
• Investigate root causes of non‑conformities and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare for and support audits conducted by certification bodies, authorities, or customers.
• Maintain data used for quality calculations and performance indicators.
• Provide quality support for client requests such as certificates and reference questionnaires.
• Support product documentation and manage the team operationally during the Global Quality Manager’s absence.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) with at least 2 years of experience in a similar quality or biotechnology role.
• Strong sense of autonomy, organization and rigor.
• Advanced written and spoken English.
• Ability to work effectively within a cross‑functional team.
• Familiarity with quality standards and audit processes.
