Full-Stack Developer – IONIC Expert & UX/UI Specialist

About the role

MENA Alliances is hiring a Full-Stack Developer focused on mobile and UX/UI to design and build healthcare portals for doctors, patients, caregivers and facility managers. You will lead the development of responsive, secure and intuitive cross-platform applications using IONIC, Angular and Flutter, working closely with a global team of designers, engineers and stakeholders. This is a fully on-site position based in Al-Bireh/Ramallah, Palestine.

Key responsibilities

• Lead front-end and mobile development with IONIC (web and mobile) and Angular
• Translate Figma designs into responsive, accessible Angular components and mobile screens
• Develop and maintain reusable UI components and modules
• Integrate RESTful APIs with backend developers
• Review code and promote front-end best practices
• Mentor junior developers and ensure app performance and cross-device compatibility
• Take part in CI/CD workflows using Git and Bitbucket
• Keep up with trends in Angular, Flutter, IONIC and mobile UX
• Collaborate in architectural planning, hands-on development and product delivery

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
• 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with IONIC and Angular
• 2+ years with Flutter or similar mobile frameworks
• Fluent English (written and verbal)

Required skills

• TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Mobile-first and responsive design; converting UI/UX designs into functional apps
• Git, Agile/Scrum and remote collaboration
• Preferred: App Store and Google Play deployment, WCAG/ARIA accessibility, ClickUp, healthcare data systems or HIPAA knowledge
