Lead Generator – Arabic‑Speaking B2B Sales Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an Arabic‑speaking Lead Generator to support our digital agency’s B2B sales efforts across GCC markets. The role is fully remote and focuses on identifying qualified prospects, initiating contact, and converting leads into meetings for our business development team.

Key responsibilities

• Research and compile accurate lead lists of B2B prospects in the GCC region.
• Reach decision‑makers via LinkedIn, email, phone calls and WhatsApp.
• Qualify prospects, schedule discovery meetings and update the CRM consistently.
• Maintain regular follow‑up to nurture leads and ensure pipeline health.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B lead generation or business development.
• Strong research, communication and prospecting abilities.
• Fluent in Arabic with capacity to conduct calls and online meetings in the language.
• Familiarity with GCC markets and digital services is preferred.
• Professional experience – not an entry‑level position.

Required skills

• CRM usage for lead tracking.
