Assistant Projects Officer – Information Management (Limited Duration Contract)

About the role

The United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) is seeking an Assistant Projects Officer to support information management for its West Bank Field Office. This limited‑duration position will focus on developing, implementing and maintaining an integrated Grant Management Information System using Microsoft tools.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Grant Management Information System using Excel, Microsoft Lists and Power BI.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness and usability of grant datasets covering portfolio tracking, financial burn rates, activity logs and performance indicators.
• Coordinate regular data updates, including monthly financial data and quarterly performance tracking.
• Collaborate with Project Officers, programme units and finance colleagues to collect, validate and standardise data.
• Contribute to the design and maintenance of Power BI dashboards for analysis and decision‑making.
• Provide guidance to colleagues on effective use of the system while working autonomously.
