ATR Subject Matter Senior Specialist – Account to Report

About the role

The Account to Report (A2R) Subject Matter Senior Specialist provides expert support for complex A2R transactions, ensures compliance with GAAP and global accounting policies, and drives process improvements across the Record to Report tower.

Key responsibilities

• Review and approve complex A2R transactions and reports, acting as backup during entity migrations.
• Identify and lead process improvement initiatives, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Perform internal controls reviews, maintain documentation per iPace requirements, and serve as point of contact for audit queries.
• Update SOPs to reflect process changes and support training of team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with 6‑8 years of Record to Report experience.
• Proven track record in crisis management, stakeholder management, and leading transition or migration projects.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, accounting standards, and global accounting policies.
• Effective communication skills in written and spoken English.
