Billing Analyst

About the role

Review incoming customer disputes, research Oracle Subscription Management (SM) module, and make accurate updates to correct billing errors. Track and maintain upcoming customer annual increases and renewals, validating for completeness and accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with peers across multiple departments.
• Gather required information for monthly, quarterly, and yearly audits.
• Support training initiatives for new regions onboarding the Oracle platform.
• Continuously review processes and propose streamlining or automation opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of global, master, and leveled service agreements.
• Prior experience collaborating with internal Sales, Billing, Collections, and Contract teams.
• Ability to work efficiently on virtual teams across multiple time zones.
• Self‑starter with a detail‑oriented, result‑focused attitude.
