Business Strategy & Intel Manager

About the role

The Business Strategy & Intel Manager will support senior leadership by delivering monthly GM reports, analyzing large data sets, and turning insights into actionable business decisions. You will work closely with Operations, Client Services, WFM, and the Reports Team to ensure data quality and strategic alignment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly GM reporting for leadership review.
• Develop and improve collection of non‑CM information and GM review processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business needs and translate them into data‑analysis projects.
• Create interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel.
• Design data models and data‑warehousing structures to support reporting.
• Identify and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) that drive business success.
• Perform data mining to uncover trends, patterns, and optimization opportunities.
• Provide analytics support to improve processes, profitability, and financial modeling.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail when handling large data sets.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and critical thinking about business needs.
• Good understanding of financial modeling concepts.
• Familiarity with AI tools for advanced data analysis is a plus.
• Clear communication skills for presenting findings to diverse stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications in BI or data analytics (e.g., IBM Certified BI Analyst) are advantageous.
