Coordinator

About the role

The Coordinator will work on‑site at Istishari Arab Hospital, ensuring daily departmental activities run smoothly. This full‑time position supports communication between medical teams, administrative staff, and patients, handling documentation and workflow coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and monitor daily schedules, appointments and workflows within assigned departments.
• Maintain accurate records, prepare reports and assist with policy implementation.
• Coordinate meetings, events and internal communications.
• Resolve routine operational issues and support quality and safety initiatives.
• Facilitate clear and prompt information flow among medical, administrative, and patient groups.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
• Problem‑solving mindset with ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
• Reliability, professionalism and respect for confidentiality.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business administration preferred.
• Fluency in local languages; English is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with office software and digital tools (word processing, spreadsheets, email).
• Experience with hospital information systems.
