Customer Service Agent – Sales (Customer Experience Representative)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Customer Experience Representative (CXR) – Sales to join our growing team. In this role you will act as the primary point of contact for inbound and outbound calls, turning interactions into scheduled service appointments while delivering a friendly, professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and convert them into booked service appointments.
• Make outbound calls to schedule maintenance visits and follow‑up on service requests.
• Use provided call scripts to present products and services clearly and persuasively.
• Follow established CX procedures to resolve issues, answer questions, and document interactions.
• Build positive relationships by addressing each customer’s needs with empathy and patience.
• Meet daily qualitative and quantitative performance targets.
• Identify sales opportunities by promoting memberships, estimates, and related products.
