E‑commerce Marketing Manager

About the role

Corals is seeking an E‑commerce Marketing Manager to lead the online marketing strategy for a client, owning the full customer funnel from acquisition to repeat purchase.

Key responsibilities

• Own the e‑commerce marketing strategy, campaign calendar and budgets.
• Manage the external marketing agency, set objectives and hold it accountable for results.
• Oversee campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, email, SMS and app notifications.
• Manage the complete customer journey: acquisition, landing pages, product discovery, cart, checkout and retention.
• Identify drop‑off points and coordinate improvements to boost conversions.
• Drive abandoned‑cart recovery, lifecycle and loyalty campaigns using Klaviyo.
• Ensure reliable tracking and report on revenue, acquisition cost, ROAS and repeat purchases.
• Coordinate with content, customer service, operations and technical teams for a consistent experience.
• Analyze performance data to continuously optimise campaigns.
• Collaborate with product teams to keep the catalogue and offers up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading e‑commerce marketing and growing online revenue.
• Strong understanding of the full sales funnel, conversion optimisation and customer retention.
• Experience managing agencies, advertising budgets and campaign performance.
• Analytical mindset with clear ownership of results.
• Fluent in Arabic and English communication.
• Experience with TikTok advertising and multi‑channel campaigns.
