Field Coordinator – Gaza (M/F)

About the role

The Field Coordinator acts as delegated Country Director for Gaza and West Bank operations, defining and steering the operational strategy, ensuring programme quality and compliance, and providing administrative, HR and financial support across the mission.

Key responsibilities

• Define and steer operational strategy according to the humanitarian and geopolitical context.
• Ensure programme quality, compliance with SI standards and mobilise resources for implementation.
• Manage and mentor a multi‑national team in a volatile security environment, overseeing safety, representation and external coordination.
• Oversee administrative, HR and financial support across the mission.

Required profile

• Education background in logistics, transport, warehousing, IT, supply chain, management or related fields.
• Strong team management and mentoring experience, ability to handle high workload and tight deadlines.
• Good understanding of security management and humanitarian issues (IDPs, camp management, protection, advocacy).
• Fluent English (written and spoken); Arabic is a strong asset.

What we offer

• Salary starting from EUR 2,310 gross per month (2100 base + 10% annual leave allowance) plus USD 750 monthly per diem.
