Information Management Casual Worker

About the role

The Information Management Casual Worker supports the Site Management Team in gathering, verifying and organising data on displacement sites and households. Working directly in the field, you will help ensure that population figures, site conditions and service information are accurate, up‑to‑date and securely stored.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and record site‑level and household‑level information through surveys, key‑informant interviews and monitoring visits.
• Enter data promptly into Excel, KoboToolbox or other designated trackers under supervision.
• Perform basic data quality checks, flag missing or inconsistent entries and assist with corrections.
• Maintain electronic and paper filing systems, including renaming, scanning, archiving and secure document handling.
• Coordinate regularly with Site Management staff, community committees and service providers to ensure timely data submission.

Required profile

• Ability to work in a field environment and travel to displacement sites as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data confidentiality.
• Good organisational skills for managing both digital and physical records.
