IT Site Support Technician – Call Center

About the role

The IT Site Support Technician will ensure maximum uptime of PCs, phones, agent software and site infrastructure at an assigned call center. The role involves day‑to‑day troubleshooting, break‑fix activities and close collaboration with corporate network, PBX, Windows administration, database and application teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site support for daily IT operations, handling tickets via the TRAKIT system.
• Prioritize and resolve assigned tasks and incidents to maintain voice and data services.
• Assist with site‑level hardware deployments, application rollouts and client‑specific desktop activities.
• Coordinate with corporate IT teams to address network, PBX and software issues.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with standard core competencies.

Required profile

• Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
• Experience in a fast‑paced, large call‑center environment using VOIP technology.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to address issues urgently.
• Strong team player with a positive attitude and tenacity.

Required skills

• PC troubleshooting and break‑fix.
• Windows 7 operating system and system registry knowledge.
• Active Directory, Group Policy Objects and software deployment.
• VOIP technology and PBX support.
• Network connectivity, Ethernet and voice infrastructure.
• Hardware installation and support for commercial and custom software suites.
• TRAKIT ticketing system usage.
