Junior Online Content Manager

About the role

NTU International is seeking a Junior Online Content Manager to support the EU’s communication outreach in the MENA region. The role will involve managing website and online platform content, ensuring it aligns with the project’s communication objectives and EU branding standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and update website and online platform content using Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Draft, edit and publish web content in line with communication objectives and editorial guidelines.
• Ensure content is accurate, up‑to‑date, accessible and user‑friendly.
• Coordinate with communication specialists, designers and technical teams to publish multimedia content.
• Support the implementation of digital communication campaigns through online channels.
• Monitor website content performance and assist with basic web analytics and reporting.
• Maintain content consistency, quality and compliance with EU branding and communication standards.
• Assist with content planning, quality assurance and routine website maintenance.

Required profile

• Degree (or equivalent) in communication, journalism or web content.
• Fluent English.
• Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS).
• At least 2 years of general experience in online communication.
• Minimum 1 year of specific experience managing website or online content.
