Multi-Channel Helpdesk Analyst – Capital Markets Operations

About the role

This position is a core part of the Capital Markets Operations team, providing multi‑channel support for client lifecycle, data management, compliance, and transaction processing. You will work in a fast‑paced, high‑risk environment handling trade booking, clearing, settlement, collateral management and break investigations.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client queries promptly and accurately across phone, email and chat.
• Generate client‑specific statements and information on request.
• Process trade exceptions and assigned tasks following defined procedures and timelines.
• Investigate and resolve financial mismatches, unconfirmed or missing trade bookings, non‑receipts, payments and interest claims.
• Liaise with traders, account managers, relationship managers and credit officers to ensure timely resolution of both economic and non‑economic breaks.
• Contribute to process‑improvement initiatives and adhere to established processes.
• Participate actively in team meetings, share ideas and support risk‑management culture.

Required profile

• Experience in capital markets operations or related financial services.
