Policy Servicing SME – Night Shift (Property & Casualty)

About the role

We are looking for a subject‑matter expert to manage end‑to‑end policy servicing for global Property & Casualty insurance operations. The role is based in an office on a consistent night shift, ensuring timely updates, endorsements, renewals and cancellations while maintaining high quality and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Update, endorse, renew and cancel policies in accordance with defined procedures and service level targets.
• Analyze policy documents and client instructions to verify coverage details, premium calculations and risk information before processing.
• Prepare structured policy documentation, schedules and service reports using advanced MS Office spreadsheet and document features for global stakeholders.
• Validate data received from upstream teams, identify inconsistencies in spreadsheets and coordinate timely corrections.
• Maintain activity trackers, logs and performance dashboards to monitor volumes, turnaround time and error trends.
• Collaborate with underwriting and operations teams via email and virtual channels to clarify instructions and ensure seamless handoffs.
• Execute nightly work queues, prioritize high‑impact transactions and escalate risks to supervisors as needed.
• Document standard operating procedures and reference guides in word processing tools for team‑wide use.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of relevant operations experience in insurance policy servicing, data management or back‑office functions.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills to validate premiums, limits, deductibles and policy attributes.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a night‑shift office environment, managing time and productivity.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for interacting with stakeholders.
• Adaptability to learn new internal systems and tools that integrate with MS Office.
