Policy Servicing Specialist (Night Shift)

About the role

This position focuses on managing policy servicing activities within the Property & Casualty insurance sector. Working in a hybrid environment with night‑shift hours, you will ensure accurate updates, renewals, and endorsements while supporting operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Process policy updates, renewals, and endorsements in compliance with company standards.
• Prepare, analyze, and maintain policy documentation and reports using MS Office tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve policy queries promptly.
• Conduct reviews of policy documents to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain detailed records for audit and reporting purposes.
• Monitor service metrics and suggest improvements.
• Assist in training team members on servicing procedures.
• Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes.

Required profile

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Basic understanding of Property & Casualty insurance concepts.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid, night‑shift schedule.
