Project Coordinator

About the role

The Project Coordinator will lead the implementation of a KOICA‑supported development project in Palestine, working closely with World Vision teams, donors and local partners. This fixed‑term position ensures that project activities are delivered on time, within budget and in full compliance with donor and organisational policies.

Key responsibilities

• Organise, implement and monitor KOICA‑supported project activities in coordination with internal departments and external partners.
• Ensure expenditures are on‑time, within budget and comply with donor and World Vision policies.
• Coordinate with the Central Zonal office, technical leads, finance, supply chain, safeguarding, M&E and other functions to keep the implementation plan updated.
• Lead regular meetings with KOICA, World Vision Korea and other stakeholders, acting as the day‑to‑day focal point.
• Prepare and update detailed implementation, procurement and cash‑flow plans; supervise procurement and delivery of goods and services.
• Conduct field visits, monitor progress, capture lessons learned and adjust plans as needed.
• Ensure reporting, visibility and communication follow donor guidelines and World Vision standards.
• Uphold safeguarding, security, anti‑fraud and gender‑sensitive approaches throughout the project.

Required profile

• Proven experience coordinating donor‑funded development projects, preferably with KOICA or similar agencies.
• Strong ability to work with multiple stakeholders including government ministries, local authorities and community groups.
• Excellent organisational and budgeting skills, with attention to donor compliance.
• Ability to travel to project sites and conduct field monitoring.
• Good communication skills for preparing reports and leading meetings.
