Route Sales Support Driver

About the role

Vestis is looking for a Route Sales Support Driver to deliver products and services to customers while building strong relationships and driving sales growth. You will operate a step‑van safely, manage your own route, and act as the face of the company on the road.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a company step‑van safely in a designated area, delivering products and services to a variety of clients.
• Perform daily vehicle preventative maintenance and keep accurate operator documentation.
• Manage the daily route independently, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries.
• Load and unload products according to company policies and procedures.
• Review and correct invoices daily for completeness and accuracy.
• Meet sales targets, develop leads, and grow the profitability of the route.
• Contact prospective customers, prepare service agreements, and install new accounts.
• Communicate services, policies, and pricing clearly to customers.
• Monitor customer feedback, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high service standards.
• Follow all safety protocols and use proper tools and equipment.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 21 with a valid driver’s license and an excellent driving record.
• Customer‑service experience with frequent client interaction.
• Strong math abilities and basic computer proficiency.
• Excellent verbal communication and the ability to work independently.
• Preferred experience in selling services or products and generating new business.
