Senior Access and Liaison Lead (AIDA)

About the role

The Association of International Development Agencies (AIDA) is a coordination forum of over 80 INGOs. Oxfam is seeking a senior professional to lead access and liaison activities for AIDA in the West Bank, supporting the implementation of quality development and humanitarian programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate access and liaison functions for AIDA member organisations operating in the West Bank.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among INGOs to promote shared values and programme quality.
• Provide strategic guidance on access issues and ensure alignment with humanitarian standards.
• Maintain regular contact with relevant authorities, including the ability to access Jerusalem as required.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in humanitarian access, liaison or programme coordination.
• Demonstrated ability to work in the West Bank context and travel to Jerusalem when needed.
• Commitment to diversity, gender equality and inclusive working practices.
• Flexibility to work remotely and manage a full‑time schedule (40 hours/week).
