Account Manager – Frozen Goods Trade

About the role

The Account Manager is a full‑time, on‑site position based in the Palestinian Authority, responsible for managing and expanding relationships with key customers and partners in the frozen goods and food trade sector.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee customer accounts, respond to inquiries and coordinate orders and deliveries.
• Monitor account performance, identify growth opportunities and support business expansion.
• Collaborate with internal sales, logistics and finance teams to meet client needs.
• Prepare regular reports, maintain accurate account records and assist in negotiations and contract management.

Required profile

• Proven account management and customer relationship skills, with the ability to build trust and handle escalations.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities to contribute to revenue targets.
• Operational and organizational competence to coordinate orders and track deliveries.
• Analytical and problem‑solving capabilities to assess performance and recommend improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in relevant languages.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to work on‑site in the Palestinian Authority and adapt to changing market conditions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic office software such as spreadsheets.
• Experience using CRM tools.
• Effective use of email for business communication.
