Legal Associate

About the role

The Legal Associate will join Anz Lawz LLP’s dispute‑focused practice, supporting litigation and advisory matters across commercial disputes, insolvency, arbitration, intellectual property, real estate and economic offences. Based in the Palestinian Authority, the role is full‑time and on‑site, working closely with partners and senior lawyers to deliver transparent, risk‑oriented legal advice.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive legal research and monitor regulatory developments.
• Draft pleadings, contracts, opinions and case briefs.
• Review evidence, prepare court filings and assist at hearings.
• Coordinate with partners, senior lawyers and clients to gather facts and shape case strategy.
• Maintain accurate matter documentation and contribute to internal knowledge and precedent databases.

Required profile

• Strong legal research, analysis and drafting abilities.
• Interest or experience in litigation, dispute resolution and related practice areas.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a focus on clear, practical advice.
• High professional ethics, judgment, confidentiality and client‑service orientation.
• LL.B from an accredited institution; admission to practice in the Palestinian Authority preferred.
• Prior internship or work experience in a law firm or corporate legal department is an advantage.
