Relationship Manager – Gold Loans

About the role

Rupeek is seeking a Relationship Manager to drive its gold‑loan business in the Palestinian Authority. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through the loan journey from inquiry to disbursal while ensuring a seamless, digital experience.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their gold‑loan needs and explain Rupeek’s products and processes.
• Assist customers with documentation, loan application, disbursal, renewals and repayments.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships, aiming for high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Coordinate with internal teams and banking partners to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
• Achieve assigned sales and service targets while adhering to company policies and risk guidelines.

Required profile

• Strong customer relationship and negotiation abilities.
• Proven sales or business‑development experience in financial services, preferably with exposure to gold loans.
• Good understanding of lending, documentation and compliance requirements.
• Effective communication in English and local languages.
• Ability to work independently on‑site and collaborate across functions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Experience using digital loan platforms and mobile applications.
• Basic data‑entry and computer literacy.
