Security Systems Support Coordinator

About the role

We are building a dedicated Security Systems Support Team to manage the arming and disarming of client security panels and perform routine account updates. The coordinator will act as the primary point of contact for clients needing assistance with their security system portal and basic troubleshooting.

Key responsibilities

• Arm and disarm security panels according to client schedules, monitor panel status, and respond promptly to alerts or issues.
• Accurately update security codes and maintain client contact lists as requested.
• Provide step‑by‑step walkthroughs of the security system portal, helping clients manage settings and account information.
• Respond to client inquiries, troubleshoot basic system problems, and ensure a professional level of support.
• Maintain detailed logs of all arming/disarming actions and code updates, and generate regular activity reports for management.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented and reliable with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Good understanding of security panel operations and basic account management.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and support.
