Service Desk Agent - Mandarin

About the role

We are seeking a Service Desk Agent fluent in Mandarin to join our Data Center Global Client team. The role involves providing timely support to internal and external stakeholders via email, phone, and other communication channels, ensuring smooth transactional processing and excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to email inquiries and requests through the Customer Success Team mailbox.
• Process, prioritize, and assign incoming requests from customers using ServiceNow and Salesforce (SFDC).
• Collaborate with internal and external support teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Handle special projects assigned by Customer Success Managers.
• Assign Qualtrics detractor cases to Customer Success Managers.
• Draft recognition and thank‑you emails for customers.

Required profile

• Fluent in Mandarin and proficient in English communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests.
• Experience working in a service desk or customer support environment.
