Finance & HR Manager – Gaza

About the role

Solidarités International is seeking a Finance & Human Resources Manager to lead the finance and HR functions of its Gaza mission, based in Deir El Balah. The appointment starts on 1 September 2026 for a seven‑month period (three rotations) and supports the organization’s humanitarian work in water, sanitation, food security and livelihoods.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all finance activities for the Gaza mission, including budgeting, financial reporting and donor compliance.
• Manage human‑resources processes such as recruitment, payroll, staff administration and capacity‑building.
• Coordinate with programme teams to ensure financial and HR procedures align with operational needs.
• Maintain accurate records and support internal and external audits.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in finance and HR management, preferably within an international humanitarian organization.
• Ability to work in a challenging environment and adapt to rotating assignments.
