Partnership Manager – Palestine

About the role

The Norwegian Refugee Council is seeking a Partnership Manager to lead its partnership portfolio in the occupied Palestinian territory. The role will provide strategic direction for localisation, manage the full partnership cycle and represent NRC in coordination forums.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the localisation strategy in line with NRC objectives.
• Provide strategic and technical leadership for partnership programming across the project cycle.
• Manage the partnership cycle, from identification and negotiation to monitoring and reporting.
• Represent NRC in external partnership coordination platforms and build strong relationships with donors, NGOs and local actors.
• Ensure integration of partnerships into project designs, budgets and implementation plans.

Required profile

• Proven experience in partnership management or business development within the humanitarian sector.
• Strong coordination, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Hands‑on mindset with capacity to translate ideas into practical results.
• Ability to work quickly, adapt to changing contexts and learn on the job.
• Legal eligibility to work in the occupied Palestinian territory.
