Customer Service Agent – Inside Sales (Phone & Online)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Agent to join our Inside Sales team. In this role you will engage with potential and existing customers by phone and online, promoting our home services membership programs and providing friendly support.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound calls to introduce and sell the company’s membership plan.
• Answer inbound service calls with a positive, solution‑focused attitude.
• Handle online inquiries and voicemails, delivering clear information.
• Assist customers in scheduling services, promoting preventative‑maintenance options, and answering product‑related questions.
• Record all customer interactions, inquiries, and actions accurately in the system.
• Use basic computer software to update records and process transactions without errors.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED preferred (not mandatory).
• Positive, “can‑do” attitude and strong attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to constant change.
• Sales‑driven mindset with willingness to meet targets.
