Co-Founder & General Manager (20% Equity)

About the role

Joud is an early‑stage experiential gifting startup seeking a Co‑Founder & General Manager to lead the business and relationship side of the company. This equity‑based position offers a 20% ownership stake and the chance to shape the direction of a growing venture.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with experience providers and potential partners.
• Follow up on business opportunities, partnerships, events, and relevant programs.
• Coordinate applications, meetings, and participation with incubators and accelerators.
• Communicate confidently with partners and the public, including through social media.
• Oversee general management and strategic direction of Joud.
• Participate in key business decisions and take full ownership of the role.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Technology, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable representing a startup publicly.
• Organized, proactive, and able to take ownership.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Comfortable using social media to build professional relationships.
• Early‑career candidates and recent graduates are welcome.
